Con­struc­tion Management

Much of TRP Construction’s suc­cess is the result of team effort. TRP has devel­oped a loyal fol­low­ing among numer­ous sub-​trades; to pro­vide con­sis­tent, high-​caliber work. Together it’s pos­si­ble to achieve the goal of qual­ity projects — on time and on budget.


A strong TEAM­WORK com­mit­ment is required and nec­es­sary from the
Archi­tect, Engi­neer, Con­sul­tants, Owner, Trade Con­trac­tors, Sup­pli­ers
and TRP Construction’s team to com­plete any project on the desired dead­line schedule.

TRP Con­struc­tion strives to main­tain the high­est stan­dards of qual­ity and time­li­ness. Qual­ity is mea­sured with the var­i­ous indus­try stan­dards and in adher­ence to the OGCA and OAA expec­ta­tions. Time­li­ness involves detailed con­struc­tion sched­ules out­lin­ing the crit­i­cal path out­lin­ing clear expec­ta­tions of the sub­con­trac­tors and sup­pli­ers with achiev­able start/​finish dates. Con­stant mon­i­tor­ing of con­struc­tion progress includ­ing the use of Microsoft® Project, reg­u­lar site inspec­tions and coor­di­na­tion meet­ings is cru­cial.
