Much of TRP Construction’s success is the result of team effort. TRP has developed a loyal following among numerous sub-trades; to provide consistent, high-caliber work. Together it’s possible to achieve the goal of quality projects — on time and on budget.
A strong TEAMWORK commitment is required and necessary from the
Architect, Engineer, Consultants, Owner, Trade Contractors, Suppliers
and TRP Construction’s team to complete any project on the desired deadline schedule.
TRP Construction strives to maintain the highest standards of quality and timeliness. Quality is measured with the various industry standards and in adherence to the OGCA and OAA expectations. Timeliness involves detailed construction schedules outlining the critical path outlining clear expectations of the subcontractors and suppliers with achievable start/finish dates. Constant monitoring of construction progress including the use of Microsoft® Project, regular site inspections and coordination meetings is crucial.
“TRP Construction has established itself as the gold standard for construction quality, adherence to project schedule, and helpful customer service.” Paulo Martins — National Bank of Canada
