Phase 1: Inte­rior ren­o­va­tion of the base­ment level (17,850 sq.ft.) of an exist­ing 2-​storey library. HVAC, plumb­ing, sprin­kler, and elec­tri­cal upgrades.

Rec­og­nized by the United Nations Green Legacy Pro­gram – Emer­ald Standards.

TRP’s abil­ity to meet com­ple­tion dead­lines, work with dif­fi­cult user groups (fac­ulty, staff and stu­dents) is excel­lent. Their work­ing rela­tion­ship and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills with the own­ers and sub-​trades proved a tremen­dous asset dur­ing the con­struc­tion process. Cus­tomer sat­is­fac­tion rates very high with regard to qual­ity of work and the high pri­or­ity given to work site safety. The result, I do not hes­i­tate to rec­om­mend TRP to their prospec­tive clients for any up com­ing projects.
