Var­i­ous office/​commercial inte­rior ren­o­va­tions with select demo­li­tion to occu­pied spaces. Many of the ren­o­va­tions include win­dow, door and vestibule replace­ment. Upgrades include HVAC, plumb­ing, elec­tri­cal, fire­proof­ing, floor­ing, paint­ing and millwork.
